Ernesto believes that balance in the body and a body-mind connection is essential to good health, especially in the midst of our busy lives. At InTouch Shiatsu & Wellness, we continue to inform the community about the tremendous benefits of Shiatsu Therapy and to help clients reduce pain and symptoms of illness or simply relax and renew energy as a preventative health measure.
Ernesto is a Registered Shiatsu Therapist. He studied Shiatsu Therapy at Sourcepoint Shiatsu Centre in partnership with Langara College in Vancouver and is an active member of the Shiatsu Association of British Columbia at www.shiatsutherapy.ca.
Ernesto is also certified in Reflexology from the Pacific Institute of Reflexology in Vancouver BC.
Ernesto volunteers for the Canadian Cancer Society as a Shiatsu Therapist for events such as Relay for Life. Ernesto is fully insured and is a member of Worksafe BC .
